Acquisitions

In addition to its advisory work, TCG is interested in acquiring lower middle market companies in selected sectors. Owners of these companies may be interested in selling for a number of reasons including: liquidity, market challenges, need for growth capital, reorganization, and M&A opportunities. In these situations, TCG works with sources of capital including private equity firms as well as its own alternative capital sources.
